Goal: We will learn the definition of our new vocabulary words so that we can use them in our everyday writing and possibly in our project.
(Small Group: Sleuth Book Groups 1 & 2)
1. Read "Winn Dixie" with your 1 o'clock partners.
2. Write the vocabulary words and their definition in a two column chart in your journals. Title it "Winn Dixie" vocabulary. Don't forget to put it in your table of contents.
